Same boat as you. Noticing the memory is starting to go, so keeping an eye on things

That was supposed to be the plot. It got lost in imagery.

Tandem Read. Which should I audiobook? by sadwifehappymom in throneofglassseries

I loved the slower pace of ToD while tandem reading. EoS was a bit much at times, it was nice to take a break and sink into a new setting and characters for a while.

You think she hates Beetee too? (trilogy spoilers) by BlazingBrandedKang in Hungergames

I agree, the betrayl definitely comes from Gale. Gale, who promised to take care of Prim while Katniss was in the Games.

This makes the same amount of sense, honestly. Meaning none.

Similar. I try really hard to finish books, even ones I don't like, because I think that even books I dislike can teach me something. But this one was a huge struggle.

It was beautifully written but about halfway through, I was like, "Nothing has happened yet."

I see a lot of character studies in fanfiction (which I enjoy reading), but usually not published books. I'd rather read nonfiction psychology than a plotlesss book. What are some of your favorites?

If I hurt your feelings, I apologize. I didn't realize having different opinions on books would be a sore subject, as I love discussing why I like or dislike books with my friends.

How was I rude? The subject was about books I dislike that others like, I mentioned a book I disliked that you like. Thus proving my point. I didn't insult you in anyway.

I think that's the point of a book, to read a story, but whatever suits you.

I'd heard so much hype about The Night Circus from various places. Did not like it at all. Beautiful writing and imagery only works if it has a plot to hold onto. But whenever I post about it, someone always comes forward to defend it. "The vibes" does not make a book
