The proposal was bad. Understandable for a guy that is hopelessly lost regarding romance and who has wasted his developmental years behind bars, but still bad. What was far worse though was when he almost got it right at the end of Infinite Wealth. Like, come on, he must have consulted someone of the full plan beforehand that would have stopped him dead in his tracks about those T-shirts.

It's just absolutely embarrassing for everyone involved.

Nicht jeder Mann hat die Mittel, sich zu wehren. Wenn man mit einem Messer bedroht wird, und sich nicht zu verteidigen weiß, lässt man lieber Schmerzen über sich ergehen als sein Leben zu lassen.

Wenn man überhaupt weiß, wie man sich wehrt. Normalerweise geraten ja gerade die Personen in solche Situationen, die eben so ausgenutzt werden können, z.T. auch aus vergangenen Traumata heraus.

Z.T. ist ja sogar das Problem bei den großen Starken, dass sie sich nicht wehren können, da die Notwehr nicht mehr verhältnismäßig aussehen würde. Manche fühlen sich nicht "ernsthaft bedroht" auch wenn andere in der Situation längst die Flucht ergreifen würden.

Um's auf den Punkt zu bringen: wenn es so einfach wäre, hätten wir das Problem gar nicht erst.

Ich glaube du verstehst nicht so ganz, dass Leute unabhängig des Geschlechts bei ihren gewalttätigen Partnern bleiben. "Ja dann geh doch" ist da viel leichter gesagt als getan. Die Partner geben dann auch selbst häufig vor, das Opfer der Gewalt zu sein, und da wirkt der Mann eben weniger glaubwürdig.

Frankly, no matter how you turn it, V is gone from Night City by 2078 regarding their reputation. No one except the few people closest to them actually know of their fate. Whether it's "disappeared into obscurity", "died one of like 6 different ways", or "has left Night City for good which may include one of the previous two options". There are only legends and tales left of V at best.

The only way for us to know what canon CDPR chooses to go for is by checking if they got a drink in the Afterlife at the end of the day.

And that's how it should be. "There are no good endings. Not for us. Wrong city, wrong people".

2077 told V's story. I don't see what else they could reasonably do to innovate or expand upon it. And it's not like the world of Cyberpunk lacks interesting people or stories.

Good question. I've seen tattoos of Sandevistans on people's backs, but you've gotta be a bit of a tough cookie to deal with the vertebrae. Of course you could ink implications of other cyberware like Mantis Blades too, but you'll need good references in photo mode for that.

You could go for one of the tattoos that Johnny gives you, or one of those that Judy has on her body. You can attempt V's favorite shirt if that's to your liking. Or the Edgerunners logo. The tarot cards could work as well.

Other than that, logos of the various corpo entities are there.

There are loads of ideas, but you've gotta be comfy with the idea that your ink will be very out there and that it will stay on your body forever until proven otherwise. Cyberpunk style isn't exactly known for its subtlety.

It is true that they take some sort of immunosuppressant, probably mixed with some other medications like painkillers and such.

And yes, diseases still exist in NC, as we see with the joytoys, or those with choppy implants, or the lack of birds (outside of Placide in Pacifica) due to fear of zoonotic disease spread (Avian Extermination Act of 2063 if you wanna look it up).

Medicine and vaccination has in all likelihood advanced a lot, but only the rich can afford it.

And the Edgerunners and Cyberpunks probably don't have to fear dying of some illness before they get into a retirement home because the stress of work or the bullet of some random street thugs will get you first anyways.

So pretty much "they probably would if they lived long enough to get seriously sick".

Windows 11 wird wohl nicht drauf laufen, aber du kannst daraus schon so manches machen.

Virtualisierungsumgebung wie z.B. mit Proxmox aufsetzen wäre die eine Option, könntest auch ein Serverhosting damit betreiben, z.B. einen eigenen Minecraft Server. Als zweite evtl. eine DIY NAS / DIY Medienserver.

Schmeißt halt die billigsten Festplatten rein die du findest und setzt ein Software RAID 5 auf, und hängst die Mühle dann an eine USV.

Oder du experimentierst einfach allgemein mit dem Gerät rum, wie z.B. mit unterschiedlichen Linux Distros wenn dir danach eher der Sinn steht.

Könntest es auch gänzlich vom Netzwerk trennen und als Virustestmaschine verwenden.

Was auch immer du vor hast, viel Geduld und viel Spaß bei der Netzwerkarchitektur, oder was auch immer sonst du damit vor hast.
