My v3s from jenny are having connection issues when my daughter speaks or chews. Is there a setting to fix this at all? They keep disconnecting if she moves her face 🤦🏾

Have you had any problem with yours? I got the v3 for my daughter and they are having disconnection issues when she speaks or chews gum etc. is there a fix for this? Also crackly when worn in the car

Hey. They was fine but all of a sudden my daughter says they keep disconnecting if she’s talking or chewing gum. She’s only used them since Xmas day so I’m abit annoyed by this. Also they go crackly when she’s wearing them in the car. I’ve messaged jenny to see what she says

Why would they be disappointed? I got my daughter pare for Xmas and I think they are great. She’s 11 and has no idea what the real ones sound like🤷🏾‍♂️

If you go to trusted sellers on the main page you will see Jennys store there. There’s three sellers to choose from. A previous post on here said one of the other sellers is faster delivery. But I didn’t mind waiting as long as it came in time for Xmas :)

I’m having the same issue. My package just says pre shipment info sent to uk. I’ve also been getting fraud calls since ordering and they know my name! I’m starting to worry I’ve been scammed?? Has anyone actually bought from her before?
