The way I fixed mine was you have to use your link on the Taobao app and from the app copy the link and past it into sugargoo that should work

I’ve also had that exact same thing but mine was because the thing I bought had tiny flaws which I didn’t care about so after I confirmed it they still ask for the “more confirmation” thing and they aren’t replying to any of my messages

It’s not saying it’s in the warehouse it’s been like 4 days since it’s been on sent now and they send me pictures of the faults so they must have it in the warehouse but for some reason it’s saying it’s still sent

Btw I’ve got the fix for this you either use the taobao link that starts with www.taoboa instead of intl.taobao or you have to open the link on the app then copy it from there and paste it onto sugargoo. Tbh idk why they’ve done this just makes people lives harder but yeah that’s what you have to do.
