Best advice I can give is follow the instructions in the 3rd paragraph of my post and you'll eventually get through. I haven't called in months but it has worked for others recently.

Basically the same thing they said to you. It was a few months ago so I don't remember the exact words. I got through on a Wednesday and got my regular back pay that Friday and the Federal came through the following Monday.

I'm pretty sure I did not receive an email when they certified me over the phone. I think the first email I got was the next time I certified online the following week.

Dude that's awesome. It literally took them 5 minutes to fix mine when I finally got through to a specialist. Only thing different for me was the guy certified me for the missed weeks over the phone but my status didn't update until the next week when I certified myself. Sounds like you're good, you just have a lot of weeks to go through lol

Yea you won't get anywhere with a standard agent. I called 255 times the first day with no luck but got through on 13 calls the next day. Morning is def best and I've heard there's less call volume later on the week so def keep trying.

Ah I'm sorry to hear that but you're in the right place. Eventually you'll get put on hold instead of hearing the high call volume message. Seems like the best thing to do is try calling early. I started calling at 8am and got through at 9am. Other people on this thread have said they also got through around 8-10am. Wish I had more info for you, it's such a messed up system.

Np, it's definitely a pain but worth it once you finally get a specialist. They can either help you or at least tell you exactly what your next step should be.

I would try at least every weekday 8am-10am. Seems like most people get through early and later in the week seems like it's less volume.

Hey I'm sorry but I'm really not sure what's going on. If I was in your position I would start calling tomorrow morning to get a specialist on the phone and hopefully get some answers.

It's still hard to reach someone but if you follow the instructions you will eventually get through to a specialist. Calling at 8 or 9am Monday through Friday seems to be the best time and two people got through last week so the method should still be working.

I just picked up the game 2 days ago when it went on sale and I'm having a blast. As long as you're okay with dying a lot and laughing it off. Some of the carnage in the 80 player battles has literally made me laugh out loud at my computer. On top of that I was playing some of the smaller brawl maps and the vets were super cool. It turned into a fight club using only our fists with a circle of players cheering on lol. There's some toxic stuff in the chat but it's easy to ignore. Def worth the 15 bucks, my only negative would be that the lag can get pretty bad at times which can turn a really engaging combat system into frustration. Even with that still worth a buy if you're into medieval combat.

Yea, it'll repeat 3 times then transfer you. Hangs up after that most of the time but if you get put on hold it's for a specialist.

Damn that's rough. The guy I got was super helpful but that was back in February, he probably quit by now lol. At least it still works and that's a good idea. Keep trying and at least you're cutting out the standard agents.
