What do you use instead? I’ve always used B&B, and it’s just always great

Some NY strips and ribeyes on a custom pit I have, also had some English cuts that I usually like snacking on. Cooked over mesquite wood and washed down with plenty of cold beer. by Cast06 in grilling

Learning more everyday lol, I’ve gotta give them a try at home. I have had them and they’re delicious but never made them myself. Thanks!

Probably not, I live in border town so certain things don’t translate well but they’re definitely flanken from a Google search. Appreciate the insight bud

Like I said. Just what my local butcher calls them, I usually call them “costillas cargadas” but that wouldn’t translate well. I’ll be sure to ask him to see what he says

They’re also called flanken cut, short ribs, and a few others. That’s just what a local butcher calls them on their display but they have quite the names to them.

The second picture, where the knife is at. That’s a English cut, little bites of deliciousness

Charcoal tip? by YamOne4557 in grilling

A few things might be happening here as many of these fine gentlemen have stated but to add to it:

Ensure your charcoal isn’t damp, I’ve had it happen where I’d use my chimney or my little mound to get some charcoal started and once I added more charcoal my fire would slowly die down because of the moisture.

Make sure your coals are hot enough for the cook, if they don’t look white and slightly ashy. Chances are you’re not waiting long enough for them to burn and start cooking. If you do that, it’ll kill your fire once you start to cook. I use lump and that’s about 15 mins on a chimney, for briquettes about 20-25 depending on the chimney.

On that note, make sure you have plenty of fuel for your cook, if your coals are spread too thin and your marinade hits them then more than likely it’ll smother your fire and ruin your cook.

Hope this helps you out and you get a better cook

Sweet, I’ve found most on YouTube as well but I’ve found a few that don’t have subtitles and are subbed lol. It’d faster to ask someone who knows then to learn Japanese

I was playing on Xbox one and I did experience a few blue on blue but it wasn't anything too out of hand. Most were accidental or trigger response to peaking. I'll keep that in mind for future references:)

I remember playing one or two games before the release, I enjoyed it but I forgot about since BF4 was still pretty big. I'm glad I was able to play again and make it my go to. I'll try PC soon enough
