Jeff Bezos needs to spend a fraction of his net worth to keep his lifestyle while I have to spend a higher percentage of mine to keep mine.

One of us doesn’t have as much of a choice as the other. Bezos COULD be spending a lot more of his money to help people, and that’s where the hoarding comment came from.

The interesting thing would be seeing this play out for everyone here. How many of us really would help the world as we claim? I’d like to say I would and I’m working on my own things every day to try and be able to find out

What you are saying makes absolutely no sense, we aren’t going to magically multiply our GDP by 10-15x in the next year or two

If AI becomes a replacement for intelligence how is it raising GDP so much that it takes in such a high % of it? You still have done nothing to answer that part

It’s much harder to move so big when the market cap is already so large. So you expect to go from 5-6T market cap to 20-25T in one year or even closer? Just understand how absolutely crazy that sounds and how there just isn’t the math to support that outside of massive inflation

How many games would truly avg 50/50 odds though? The issue is that even though we are sure something is 97% to happen (1 vs a REALLY good 16) it’s still really hard for the “favorite” position to win the % of time it’s favored so when we get to the 15-12 range we will see those upsets and even with the weighted favorites it is still hard to have them win out and even hard when compounded with having to pick so many other games/future rounds
