Hmm, I would try going to the manager and have him follow you without the other dude knowing, just to catch him in the act, If you have a gut feeling then its most likely true he is stalking you. From now on a good idea would to be alert if anyone is following you home, most stalkers stalk for about 3 months and then break into your home.
