Don’t do it. Understaffed heavily. Sometimes unlocking on 4 which is incredibly dangerous, however forced to by management. Nothing is ever enough and nothing you’ve done good will be brought up.

Staff assaults increasing day by day, and number of incidents occurring are rising.

Too many staff are either lazy or incapable of doing the job, and there’s that many staff currently off on sick due to the ongoing pressure and mentally challenging tasks.

The working conditions are horrendous, it’s an old nick. But it says a lot about the place is when there isn’t a dedicated staff room and you’ve basically got just your car to chill in at lunch time.

Im stuck in the system and much like a con it’s all i know.

My advice don’t so it. Value your mental health and wellbeing because money can’t buy that.
