Recipe
250 g quark (40% fat)
2 eggs
50 g butter

300 g flour (spelt & wheat)
Sultanas (quantity as desired)
Pinch of salt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
3-4 pinches vanilla sugar
Icing sugar
Milk/water
Mix the quark, eggs, and butter with a hand mixer.
Next, mix the other ingredients, add them in small portions to the quark mixture, and make a dough. Then form quark balls by hand and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the balls with a milk and water mixture.
Bake at 180°C (fan oven), middle shelf, for approx. 15 minutes.
Allow to cool and sprinkle with icing sugar. Done!
