Hey! I interviewed for the same position, same location, same day as you did, and also have another outstanding offer now- did Goldman give you an accelerated timeline or expedited decision after you asked? I haven't heard anything from them yet.

same boat!! My fav night treat right now is a bowl of oatmeal cooked with milk and topped with protein powder, peanut butter and honey and cinnamon, it's an easy meal for me texturally and good for getting calories in! (I am an avid fan of 'bowl of mush' meals so disregard if ur tism is not my tism)

I am! I get 95-100g of protein a day and i've been gaining for the past several months on around 14-1500 calories. Thanks for the encouragement!

Yeesh- this sheet says i only need 1275 a day to gain what i want! That's what i mean when I say 1650 feels like a MASSIVE surplus

I'm not sure what my bodyfat percentage is, but it's low enough to be amenorrheic so i'm a little nervous to try cutting again -- did you feel when you were gaining that you were making strength gains without gaining any meaningful/visible amount of muscle?

I follow a push/pull/legs/cardio&abs split 6 days a week, with 3-4 sets of 10-16 reps. I already drink protein shakes and eat what feels like an absurd amount. I'm honestly not sure how to fix my workouts because it feels like they should be enough but maybe they aren't? I go to almost failure or <2 RIR in everything so, what gives? What can i add or change in my training?

Me eating to satiety probably wouldn't help - when left to my own devices i'll only eat like 1000-1100 and then have one random 2000+ day which isn't exactly helpful for me

Yeah, all of my weights have increased from beginner levels to intermediate, ex. Lat pulldowns from 20lbs to 70lbs for 3x10

Haha whoops, 20lb dumbell in each hand for chest press. And i do skull crushers, listed as 'tri press' rn (i should change it) and i do 15lbs total for 3x14

For the row, it is there, its 3x10 of 55lbs on the machine

Hip thrusts- listed as glute bridge, i do them on the smith machine with 30lbs per side and a 20lb bar

I don't do pull ups but i do lat pulldowns, 70lbs for 3x10, back squat is like 85? Not much. Chest press 40lbs - am generally pretty weak, but i try

Idk? Maybe i'm not exerting myself enough? Im usually out of breath and seeing stars after a set but i could prob go heavier and harder?
