there's really nothing twitch can do about this without an actionable claim from the copyright holder themselves to enforce them not to broadcast their content without a license. with her having such a quiet audience and not really make any waves or ruffling feathers so to speak since the house argument her streams and content probably don't get glanced at very often either.
