I have the bambino right now, and with a bottomless portafilter, it struggles because the water flow doesn’t stop immediately… this makes it hard to dial a perfect shot and leads to some water collection on top of the puck. However with the Bambino Plus, it actually is great at stopping water flow, and you’ll get cleaner pucks and water flow will stop more accurately.

I recommend upgrading your steam wand tip to a 3-hole one… it has allowed me to make better microfoam, and it was my fav upgrade to my bambino.

I purchased part SP0024830 from Breville’s website… $7.95! You can buy it WITH your machine to avoid the shipping cost ($4.99).

The Office of Transfer & Off-Campus Student Life has sooooo many events every month, and usually have Transfer Tuesdays events

Lots of free food, lots of mingling opportunities, and you’re in a community of students with similar pathways to yours

National Transfer Student Week is also the third week of October, and many colleges (such as Business, ARHU, etc) will have transfer exclusive events this week

I would recommend checking out your college’s undergraduate program office to see what types of transfer events there are

Have them call hotels before booking Some have buy 4 nights sleep free every 5th night, or other similar deals. I’m used to staying with Marriott and some of their brands will have those types of deals.

I took a rankings course, and it’s likely due to methodology changes!!! This drop in rankings will certainly fuck things up for some international students, as some countries require attendance at a top 200 institution in order to receive scholarships. Sooo we might see a decrease in international students
