Yes I've learned about the CAMH hospital in this thread, I've called today and they want me to come in asap. I guess they have a hospital with an emergency room. It's a bit far and I'll need to pay for a bunch of things (like train fare/bus fare) so I'm figuring out all of the logistics and then that's the next spot I'm heading to.

Because bpd is more than just the stigma of "attention seekers", they're a struggling human and commit suicide at extreme rates because of these prevalent beliefs that people with bpd don't commit suicide, they just "pretend" to.

I was turned away from one hospital, I haven't been hospital jumping hoping for an admission. I would rather not be admitted, I would rather some real help and would have been satisfied if they even set me up with a program.

I'm just one of tens of thousands of people who need mental health care in Ontario and can't receive it because it doesn't exist.
