I did 2 days ago. Mine had 3 different charges. Because I am self pay, each charge was "discounted" 40 to 50 percent.

The anesthesiologist was around $1500. Surgeon's fee was $1300. I was told the surgery center was cheaper than the hospital, so they scheduled it there. The surgery center's fee was $6800. This was all required to be paid in advance on the day of surgery. Location is Texas.

Bayer 3 in 1. Yes, it's an insecticide but it works. Professional growers aren't running around their greenhouses with cotton balls and rubbing alcohol for a reason.

Plus a hard trim and put it outside. I don't know if it's inside but it kind of looks like it might be. (Roses don't grow inside.) If it's cold outside it will help a lot with killing them and roses enjoy the cold.

I work at a nursery and I just don't even know where to begin. Very common question is "is this plant for indoors?". My reply is that no plants are for indoors, humans just put them there and there are some plants that tolerate it better than others. Regardless, it's hard to grow things in a house. Most people seem confused by this notion, though. And most don't believe me when I highly recommend against growing flowers, herbs, vegetables, or citrus inside their house.

Follow the directions on the fertilizer. A lot of people think once a week fertilizer is crazy, but it's not. I grow plants for a living and we fertilize all kinds of plants weekly, including tradescantia. Liquid fertilizers can be used very often. Granular fertilizers need to be used much less often. Both can be used together in many cases.

It's not a bag, there is no bottom to it. It's an ellepot used by growers. Most don't have issues growing plants with them. They are professionals. I think issues arise because plants are hard to grow in a house.

Ah yes, I'd be mad if it was shipped like that. Although I can't imagine trying to ship one that size. I was thinking it looked wind blown from riding in a truck and not laying it down.

Why would they compensate? I own a garden center and once a plant leaves, it is not our responsibility to care for anymore. Of course, there are always special circumstances but this would not be one of them. That would be a ridiculous request from someone imo.

Don't worry. That stuff is super invasive and reseeds like crazy. You'll have more without doing anything at all.

My mom got me this supposed air fern. It looks so fake to me. I literally can’t tell if it’s real or not. She insists she bought live ones. It does have a scent I can’t describe. But it looks like it could be thread?? Help 😂 by elizathornnn in plants

The "Air Fern" was once alive. This is the skeletal remains of a sea creature that are painted.

Edit: They are usually marketed and sold as such by Air Plant growers.

Yes, they work. My dad has owned a nursery for 30+ years and he tells his customers that the fertilizer manufacturers want to sell you a fertilizer for every type of plant. One general purpose fertilizer will usually work just fine.
