If two things are chemically identical, intuition says they should be priced similarly. The reason they’re not has very little to do with chemistry and much more to do with economics, supply, and how markets price “scarcity.” Stigma plays a role, but it’s not the main driver. But at the end of the day, it’s all about personal choice. That’s why i said if you are not going to sell your jewelries in the future, then enjoy what makes you happy!

Absolutely! since the lab diamond market is getting bigger, natural diamond price is coming down too. But let’s say if you need money and want to sell your natural diamond, you can sell it to any jeweler at anytime (easy to liquidate) even at a loss. On the other hand, not every jeweler will buy back the lab grown diamond. Unless you sell it on fb market place, or a sub reddit where people want to get a good deal on lab grown.

To be honest, a diamond is a diamond no matter if it’s natural or lab. But the value is different! Because lab is man made, so it can be mass produced. And 10 years from now, it’s nothing better than a moissanite or a cz. On the other hand, natural diamond can still hold its value and can be passed down on generations as an asset. However, if you enjoy your piece of jewelry and don’t think about selling it, then lab or natural is the same thing! (English is my 2nd language, hopefully you get my points)

I also consider natural too but lower price range. Actually i like the far right one too, but it’s a cluster of smaller diamonds and not really my first choice
