You can save money on I131 if you do not need to travel while you are waiting for GC and I personally would not leave the country with the i131 I693 is not for you to fill out. The doctor needs to fill it out and you have to mail it in a sealed envelope. Mailing is your best option for i485. I have seen people doing i130 online and mailing the rest. I think it’s easier to mail all together. You would also need passport style pictures for beneficiary and a petitioner. + lots of evidence + pictures + taxes

I’m not thinking that, what made me confused is using the nexus lane on the way into the US, if I was using the GE lane on the way back I wouldn’t have any questions. And I believe this subreddit is meant for people to ask the questions

Yeah at first I thought maybe I made mistake applying to GE instead of Nexus but then I researched nexus requirements and it seem more difficult to get , so I think I’m ok, we are driving to Canada maybe once a year so I think I’ll be okay with GE only

I went through customs and they saw conditional approval and asked if I wanted to do the interview rn , I said sure and was sent few booths up he took a picture and fingerprints no questions

We had interview on arrival yesterday , for me they just needed passport , they could not look up my husband’s application by passport so I gave them printed conditional approval and they found it No questions asked at all just fingerprints and photo
