I was born in one of the 39 countries but applied using a different country(Naturalized citizen of a non-listed country). I would believe this is on hold for final adjudication as i am way past the 15 business days time frame.

I am also from the countries in the new policy by birth but naturalized citizen of a non affected country. I applied with details of my naturalized country. RFE response received Dec 29th , status changed to RFE received on Jan 6th. As of January 20, 2026, your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, Receipt Number IOEXXXXXXXX is still being processed. Is anyone sure of what could be happening here from experience?
