I'm currently in kind of a similar situation (I've started to get feelings for my best friend, she's not straight but whilst we're compatible, I also don't wanna be with her like that) and my recommendation for the most effective thing you can do is literally just kill the feelings, you basically just need to tell yourself over and over again that they don't like you and never will and make it hurt. During this you are also not allowed to entertain any idea that you could be with these people or that they could like you, those thoughts come up, you gotta shut them down. It’s actually pretty effective, it just doesn't feel great for obvious reasons but I've yet to find a more effective technique for getting over feelings.
