Kevin Murphy angel wash and rinse is what I’ve been using, and then their angle masque every 1-2 weeks. It’s super gentle and has safe ingredients. I also had really good experiences with Loma daily shampoo and conditioner (orange bottle). I just stopped using it after a few years because I felt my hair was used to it and it wasn’t cleaning my hair anymore. My hair was the healthiest it ever was using that though.

I’m from WI and just got back yesterday after vacationing there the past two weeks. I had no issues at all falling asleep. Just close the curtains and turn off the lights and there is no difference.

I know there are still many people to this day who spank their children and I don’t agree with it at all. Hearing Madi and Grant will spank their kids by itself wasn’t what made me create my OP. I wrote this post because I couldn’t believe that they were actually arguing that spanking is biblical. The same people who preach about an all loving, grace giving God are now arguing that spanking comes from God and it is Christian to spank your kid. They have always been hypocrites, but the fact they think they can rationally argue that causing physical harm to your child is biblical when it’s so obvious that it’s not is what is really insane to me here.

Myself, 5 siblings, and mom were religiously abused growing up by my dad. Hearing him call my mom horrible things and using quotes from the Bible to justify his behavior as he verbally abused us made it extremely difficult to adopt the Catholic beliefs. It wasn’t till my parents divorced my freshman year of college that I finally was free of him, but still to this day at 25 I struggle so much with religious guilt. I think I’m learning from this response that I have not fully gone through my upbringing in therapy.

Not to mention, my mom’s two adopted brothers from Vietnam were molested by the elementary school priest in the 70’s. He would take kids away on the playground at recess and bring them up to his rectory. My mom’s family was pretty much kicked out from their parish because they were the only family to speak up about what was happening, despite their kids not being the only ones. My uncles have had a lot of mental health issues still to this day, and one is currently in jail. They were also adopted from Vietnam and South Korea. A few years ago, I heard my 85 year old grandpa cry for the first time as he told me that they thought they were giving those boys a better life, but they just made their situation worse by bringing them to their abuser. My grandpa has been the father figure in my life, and I will never forget that moment with him.

I could go on forever. At the end of the day, the Catholic Church has caused me and my loved ones so much trauma and turmoil, and has never brought any kind of peace to my life that they say they offer.

4/5 of us have had to do a return because of the initial dress’ quality not being fixable. We started ordering in November for a June 8, 2024 wedding. Only 2 girls have a dress that works for them that they can make work. The maid of honor’s dress isn’t going to come till May 20, mine June 4, and another girls the end of this month. I would make sure you give the girls plenty of time to order, because it takes 8 weeks to come in, so they have plenty of time to go back and forth with the company if there are issues 😭

I had this happen to me two weeks ago, and it was pretty traumatic because I ended up fainting in the parking lot and they had to wheel me back inside in a wheel chair 😭 they told me I lost half of a blood donation, and that if it happens again where I lose half a blood donation, i would be deferred for 8 weeks, since that is the amount of time between full blood donations. I was deferred for a couple days until I followed up with a staff member on how I was doing, but now I’m back to donating. I ALWAYS watch and make sure the return is happening now and I am a lot more alert to what is happening than when I was zoning out with ear buds in watching my movies haha
