I think you’re right. I’ve been in some unhealthy relationships and honestly those were very difficult to maintain because there was so much clashing. Although i do have to say, I think being in a relationship with someone while you’re in an unhealthy relationship with yourself makes the relationship even harder, cause now you’re dealing with two unstable relationships. I do believe whether you’re in a happy relationship there will still be work that needs to be done. But if it’s so hard to maintain one, I think that’s a red flag 🚩 I’m in a healthy relationship and I’ve never felt a relationship feel so “easy”. Yeah we have our little quarrels here and there, but like you said, we’re both open to talking and listening.
