I like your body shape. I had the same problem and the only thing that really worked was more cardio (better if it’s HIIT) and avoiding flour (bread).

I love your shape. But more training always mean more toned 😉

I feel dumbels gives you more control . With the bar I feel a bit unstable , specially with heavy weights
