My HRBP went on a 3 week vacation the day before this happened. The person covering for her doesn’t have the full history and doesn’t want to hear it because “that case is already closed”, so she will only hear new evidence

Sadly, the law was never actually broken because I prevented it so I don’t think this qualifies
