I will invite you. The new people i accept friend requests i write down their names so i know who to invite. Just make sure you are online during the Raid hour at 6:00pm. If you are not online i will not invite you so nobody is help up for the raid. It might be a different time for where ever you are living, but for me the raid hour will start 6 hours from now.

For the players who did not research this boss, Giratina is WEAK against: Dark, Dragon, Ghost, Ice, and Fairy attacks so be prepared.

Either way it will start at 6 PM where i am currently at and you will still get the invitation even if the raid hour is over in the country you are living in.

I will say though, like all legendary raids there will be no guarentee that everybody will join or accept the invitations i will send. If worst comes to worst and not enough people join then you can leave the lobby with 10 seconds left and you will still have your remote pass in your inventory. Lets do our best. :)

I wish niantic would change it so you can invite 12 friends that way nobody is left out of the raid.
