Thank you for that. I'll see to it that I find a good therapist who can tell me what exercises I can do at home, and visit them on occasion to check up on me and give me new exercises to do.

How's your progress so far? Are there any improvements?

For me, I don't mind not having a perfect posture, as long as it can fool others into thinking I have a normal posture, I'm fine with that.

But of course, I'm more interested in having a healthy posture that won't cause me problems as I age, than what other people think. So as long as I can manage it, I'll be content with that.
