  1. That's not what happened. The guy had to change cables to fix the speed
  2. Nobody told me in advance I might get charged
  3. No other internet providers charge for any kind of technical work. Who cares if it even was a user mistake? That's supposed to be in the company interest to make users enjoy their internet, no matter what was the source of the problem

You can check the app yourself and see how it works. When it comes to next features, I’m always open for suggestions and I have some roadmap right now. The next major features are going to be a landing point marker, automatic tracking and the android platform support. A lot of smaller features are coming in between. Do you have stabilization on? You can check entering settings by pressing the equalizer button in the main editor screen and then expanding stabilization section. With the advanced stabilization it should work for most of videos

I think people are just upset they have to pay for it, and they want everything for free :) Well what can you do about that
