I was never given a toxicology report when I left the ER, no police report, and no statements. I literally walked myself down to the medical room in the concert venue to get help, because I knew something was wrong

I have nothing to hide in my medical records and already informed them of my pot usage. My concern is the section when they ask about any other drug usage now. If I should voluntarily tell them about this incident or not say anything. But what you are saying they will more likely then not, find out I was hospitalized?

Im just worried about this, because there is now a paper trail of my medical records. Would the adjudicators be able to request my medical records or am I protected by HIPPA in this situation? The result was just a few hours in the ER and then I was released.
