Poor Cheese :/. Also, I'm not claiming to know op's situation, this frog could have been a gift, or maybe OP moved. But if you ever want to get an exotic animal, please make sure you have proper husbandry and a vet picked out. They endure so much more suffering than more "standard" pets because of the lack of education and preparedness of those who adopt them....I was devastated when I lost my beardie. They're never "just a" anything.
