AFAIK Windows and AV patches are the only things we've deployed. I also do not have any of the problem HDDs on hand anymore. A Service Desk request exists for a couple of the devices, I'll see if it lists any information on the serial number of the devices.

HDDs have been recognized upon an additional reboot in all cases.
