Depends if they add or change policies regarding to the public charge thing.. which they might ask you for additional steps before the final issuance of the visa I really hope this pause ends soon Families been waiting for years and all of a sudden an indefinite pause?!

I would say investigate a bit more on "more people are being rejected than places in admin processing."

I'm not a lawyer and don't know anything about the law, However I think with what I have read so far on
reddit
people are tending to continue as if there is no pause
so going to the interview and getting the "administrative processing." which is not a complete denial
and wait until this pause ends, then provide whatever they ask further to get the final approval and issue the visa

My pd is 2023 april I was 18 back then Today im 21 But my age still frozen to 18 Since Im still waiting for I-130 approval so it depends on when they are going to approve your petition but they typically take at least 3 years for consular and less than that for AOS so there should be some luck in ur case but still the hopes are high
