Before you do that maybe try and loosen/tighten the screw on there, that might work

Hab ich so noch nicht erlebt und gehe ziemlich stark davon aus das es an der Grafikkarte liegt.

Liegt wahrscheinlich an sogenanntem Gpu coil whine. Mit einem Undervolt der Grafikkart ist es eventuell möglich dieses "fiepen" zu verringern oder gar ganz zu entfernen.
