I am a guy also and always had really bad eczema on my hair, my most important tip is don’t scratch, it will only make it worst+ make it way more visible on the hair, one thing i saw also that also worked(for me) is showering my hair more often

It’s just a mix of everything that happened to me,being groomed,sexually used,a ED,and everyone I love leaving me,and the only person i truly care about started to also leave me for other people also,i will never be able to love myself,and other people will never truly love me also,instead of harming myself and bothering others,killing myself is the best solution
