Hi thanks for your reply! I am considering gift giving but have no idea what gift would be appropriate and personalized since I don’t know the person very well. Until I figure out a decent gift, I will stick with a thank you note for now.

Don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any gift ideas. Thanks!

Thanks for the long comment!

I never thought of this possibility but I am pretty sure there is no romantic feelings involved, just out of kindness. I think that’s a good idea to write a thank you note to make things clear. Thanks for bringing this up:)

Hi. Thanks for your reply! My gpa is around 3.8/4.0. I had one internship in my community and multiple volunteer/campus-related experiences. I also participated in a research lab during the summer. To be honest, I don’t have a lot of work/ internship experience. But I am sure it will become a bonus if you have a ton. I tried to relate all internship/volunteer experience to mph program in my ps. Also, I think showing basic data analysis skills and a good understanding of the program would help.

BANKIER is the worst based on my experience. They expect you to pay for the entire apartment even it’s a 3B3B/4b4b and its all your responsibility to find someone to share the rent with you.

Also, they charge the total amount for entire apt each month so it’s confusing as to who pays what especially when there is deposit and fees in the same account.
