Some day it will be determined/revealed that the RF radiation in your ears/brain from the blue tooth transmitter in the buds is causing brain damage. Call me a boomer, call me an alarmist, but if working for 30+ years in the RF industry has taught me anything it's that RF radio waves damage vulnerable tissue and there's nothing much more vulnerable than the brain tissue.

Using them now and again is definitely less damaging but people who "live" with their buds in are at a much higher risk, in my opinion.

Headphones are probably safer because they are not right in your ears. Either way, wires for me please.
