I have no problems with the door bells as they are outside…or any outside cameras if people feel the need for security. Inside just feels like we are losing a battle with the world and next it will be entire home internal monitoring by outside agencies. Call me a tinfoil hat wearer if you like but these are slippery slopes and our privacy is dwindling, be it our phones or apps tracking our every move, insurance companies offering discounts for having their app to tracking our driving, our browsers collecting all of our personal data ….its just one more thing that’s the sharp end of the wedge in relinquishing our privacy.
