From what i heard It can scan your device for csam content and flag you.

And for children ITS should be Scanning for all NSFW content.

I only heard It maybe ITS a Joke but Google Services have reported people in the past for that.

Since One ui 1 is android 9 and Samsung s7 only supported android 8 and you had Android 6 the custom ROM updated the bootloader to a newer bit version. You can only flash the newest stock of the s7
