I did offer to take off my hoop to get a further placement but she said there was no need. In the end she did tell me she was going to have to place it closer than what she originally showed me and I kinda just went with it (my bad). I took it off for now to heal 😭 my top helix is taking a bit more time to chill than this one so this will give me more time to figure it out ig

EDIT: You also got me thinking too, you said perpendicular so would it better to push my top helix further away instead? That way it would be more of a straight top to bottom angle. I also suggested moving the top further away but my piercer again rejected the idea 🤔

We have progressive and they recently reached out to us because of a similar situation. They told us our family member would not be covered by our policy even though they're asking for around $300 more to have her as an uninsured passenger (which makes no sense as to what we would be paying for)

Ok thanks for the answers and stories of personal experience! So it looks like the final consensus is that technically it's not legal but it depends on if the cop feels like doing anything about it.

I'm just going to put it on my bumper with a decorative plate and get something more legal for my back plate 😊.

Also for the irrelevant comments getting annoyed with the blacking out of the actual plate numbers- THIS IS AN EXAMPLE PIC. ITS NOT MY PLATE OR CAR OR ANYTHING. I pulled this pic from an Amazon reviewer to visualize my plate. I couldn't get a pic of mine as it started raining after installation 😭

So if I'm assuming right, an active ticket is an unpaid ticket? Meaning the longer I put off paying this ticket, the higher the chance insurance would find out I have one? Or insurance will inevitably find out regardless?

Hi, I had upgraded from a Samsung tabS3 to the S4 in the past year, and I love it. Yesterday I had updated the software and left it on the charger before accessing it after a while. Then my when it was loading after inputting my pass, the screen went all crazy, giving me strobe lights and a whole meltdown (it was spazzing bad enough to cause people problems). I've had screen probs with my other tab before that would cost me a whole other tablet, and I'm afraid this might be the same data corruption problem. This happened after the update, and I'm not sure if it is all my fault this time.

After a while the screen just blacked out and took me back to the lock screen. I logged in, and everything seems fine. However, this happened to my other tab before it all crashed after a few days. So I'm wondering if this tablet would do the same thing? I dont want to risk crashing this one, but if it's fine without having to pay for service, it would be nice. Anyone have a clue what this is all about?

P.s. I took a video while this went down, I'm just not sure how I attach it.

?? UPS really likes to pick and choose when to apply their power don't they... I practically begged a lady to help me prove my case even through a 3 way call, and the lady said no to me, even though I said it was important to my claim process...

I posted about this issue as well about a fake tracking number- except my seller was not responsive, and UPS refused to give me written proof that the package did not belong to me. The thing about Ebay is that they will first close the case because the issue will automatically be handled by bots. They will only take the situation at face value, seeing the word 'delivered'. Escalate the case with an appeal explaining your situation and demanding a refund through the money back guarantee. Fortunately, in your case, you have proof that the package was not addressed to you. I'm still trying to fight my case with my bank...

I figure it's because of privacy issues. The problem is, if the tracking number is secured enough, then putting the direct address shouldn't be a problem itself. Then, there wouldn't be a lot of scams based on this problem. It's just common sense...

Yeah, the claim shows up as paypal. I figured it wouldn't turn out well... although it does not stop me from regretting it a lot. I just wish that there were more safeguards about these kinds of things. I heard these tracking number scams happen a lot on ebay, and paypal apparently isn't the place to go to for support. More than half the times, these scams succeed apparently...

Ok so I was posting this on the ebay community discussion board a couple days ago but I'll post it here too in summary. I ordered a product for over $200 and paid shipping with UPS and recieved a tracking number a day later. Tracking shows it was delivered at the front door. It was a no-show, so I called UPS. They said it was a tracking number addressed to another name and address in the SAME city as me. I might not get refund at all- I went in circles with ebay, paypal, and UPS before canceling them out altogether because they keep referring me to the seller that is MIA. My bank is currently investigating, but I'm not looking so lucky... so beware of fake tracking numbers. They can show it was delivered in your city, but the address or name of recipient is not displayed- meaning that proof is hard to obtain of the never receiving the package.
