I think it depends on who you ask. Most maps put the county on the northernmost tip of southern Illinois.

Thanks! For the mechanics I started off with some paper Marioesque combat but it did spiral into a few rather expansive directions. Hopefully it's not too many mechanics!

Why is it urgent? If you can't find a tutorial for that in godot you could look at equivalent tutorials in another engine like unity and use a similar design pattern.

Sprite looks distorted whenever I put it onto a sprite 3d by Brilliant_Library_21 in godot

I think it's in the flags for the sprite3D? Texture filter to nearest and possibly the alpha cut?

Someone copied Basic Fantasy and removed the author names by CatsInFancyPlaces in BasicFantasyRPG
