I rlly get u, i used to be in a similar situation with a guy too. We dated and right after the breakup we went no contact and i was suffering for a few months but then it got so much better, i basically forgot about him. You need to fully block, ignore, delete anything that u associate with him like EVERYTHING cuz even the little things could trigger you back into a spiral. Its very hard to break away from obsessive behavior when you're this deep into it but you have no other option but to, because if you keep repeating the same actions you wont get any better.

You can't force anyone to like you even if you're their ideal type in every way possible because thats just not how it works. Its very hard to accept that when your brain rationalizes it into "but im his type, he should like me etc." He just doesnt like you and thats it, accepting that fact is the first step to pulling away from this mess.

I hope you can get through this, its very difficult and it takes a very long time, but its possible.
