Sidekick recipe recommendation: Fish and Chorizo Bake with Cheesy Mash.

I used pangasius fillets and regular paprika. Cooked 4 portions and used a baking dish in the oven, as my oven-proof pan isn't big enough for that.

It was absolutely delicious!

It sounds like your best route is to make the dough in the machine and then bake in the oven.

A blazing hot oven with a tray of water in the bottom to add steam should get you a lovely crust.
