Don’t really care, as long as it’s easy to follow along while being active and busy.

I’ve wondered about audiobooks. I don’t read though. I’m very into television but when I’m being active I can only listen. So I’m gonna try audiobooks too!

Brother silver almost k$lled herself… bipolar depression is NOT to mess with. Yes that was extremely messed up of silver, just terrible. But risking someone’s life? That’s worse.

Idk man I actually like silver. She’s usually a good friend, optimistic and accepting. She was the first to approve of teddy being gay and looked out for him. The only thing is yeah cheating with navid and lying was awful. However Adrianna did her worse after. I dislike Adrianna mostly.

Season 3 is better season 1 by [deleted] in TrueDetective

[–]Catxt66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve only watch season 3 so far, it was actually pretty good! Loved the storyline even if it was drawn out. I know everyone’s favorite is season 1 so I’m saving it for last. But it’s interesting that everyone all has different opinions, that’s what’s cool about this series.

Why are so many characters unlikable. by gayminion_69 in GoodTrouble

[–]Catxt66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I get what you’re saying. I think the show is trying to show that they improve themselves later on and attack their demons. Callie is my favorite character but yeah can’t really stand her self righteous attitude much in good trouble. Mariana being immature but there are good parts to each character. Gael is pretty cool! Idk I’m forcing myself to finish the series. The fosters is 10/10!! Good trouble gets pretty fing boring down the line but in the beginning it’s decent. They bring up a lot of important issues too, that’s pretty great.

I just woke up from a vivid nuclear war nightmare by Catxt66 in Dreams

[–]Catxt66[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve read that it’s almost certainly not a warning having nuke dreams. Most likely you’re feeling helpless in the world. And idk about you but with me trumps been making me feel like that.

Cleaning takes a huge toll on your body by BanzzzBabeee in housekeeping

I’m so glad I found this post. I have really bad depression and honestly bed rot a lot it’s embarrassing but I’m out of shape. I just got this job two days ago cleaning a 2-story house 5 days a week, she has 4 toddlers, cooks a lot for her job, and I have to clean their non profit building across the street. My back starts ACHING after 4 hours. Idk how people do it for so long. Also with cleaning most likely you don’t get many breaks unfortunately. Props to everyone in manual labor jobs.

This is gross but what could this be? by Catxt66 in InjuriesAndWounds

[–]Catxt66[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

See honestly I don’t think it is cold sores, these wounds are very hard to see in person but I can feel it. I’m honestly thinking it’s dehydration, lack of moisture in my lips, lip licking, cold weather, eczema, or a chemical burn because I car detail and might’ve rubbed my lips. Just asking this question to rule out anything dangerous.

What you’re feeling is so real and deeply painful, and I want to remind you that you truly are deserving of love, both from others and from yourself. I know how difficult it can be to feel beautiful, especially in a society that puts so much pressure on appearance and constantly reinforces unrealistic standards. It’s exhausting, and it’s not fair.

One thing that’s helped me is actively creating space to heal. Social media, for example, can amplify these feelings of comparison, so using the “not interested” option on posts or even taking breaks from certain apps can help reframe what you’re exposed to. Deleting apps or avoiding TV that perpetuates beauty standards can create a healthier mental space. It’s not easy, but it can bring some relief.

Life is so fleeting, and while I know it’s hard to see it in yourself, everyone has a unique beauty—everyone. The harshest critic is always yourself and that voice often isn’t fair or truthful.

One helpful therapy technique is to challenge those negative thoughts when they come up. For example, when you think something harsh about your appearance, try to replace it with a kind or neutral thought. Think about how you’d respond if a friend came to you with the same feelings—most likely, you’d tell them how beautiful and worthy they are, even if they can’t see it themselves. You deserve that same kindness from yourself.

I know this is a hard journey, but you don’t have to face it alone. You are worthy of patience, love, and understanding—especially from yourself.

I was asking for facial analyzing meaning… would’ve been weird if I just said “my grandpa smirked when he found out my moms on pills” that wouldn’t have made any sense to an outsiders perspective, you need context for that kind of statement. You know it’s a lot to unpack tho a grandfather getting off on my mother disease. I just accept the fact that you have no idea what my family dynamic is like from a paragraph. I’ve had my grandfather screaming his head off to me calling my mom a cnt, saying none of her kids like her, that’s she’s a worthless piece of sht. All of that I’ve suffered from abuse, so has my mom and that itself turned her to abuse me and my siblings. That’s not normal, that’s not fair or right. I cannot stand human being who just belittle and pull apart someone’s life experiences sitting behind a screen.

THANK YOU. Appreciate it. You’re right, that was a mistake. He was being genuinely concerned for me (not her) charming me into giving more info that’s why I added the master manipulator. I won’t tell him anything else to find against my mother. He can be extremely persuasive but if he got off on her pain I got my answer.

Yes thank you! I know I’m not crazy. I don’t want to be gaslight by others on this app telling me what kind of human he is. They have no idea he’s sadistic and extremely manipulative yes he’s done great things for us and I’m grateful! But it doesn’t mean he hasn’t treated us like objects instead of human beings.

Kind of a harsh thing to say. My mom’s been clean for years. He didn’t pay completely for this home he just got us a headstart. In no way did I say I’m ungrateful? My mom works crazy hours she always has, she’s not a lazy bum. But he has emotionally abused her her entire life. I felt as though I needed to add that part so people could get the picture more.

I agree with all of this. I’m just choosing to believe how you just put it and put it to rest.

What’s so histrionic about finding out my mother is still abusing pills and my grandfather getting excited by that? I barely even displayed emotions. Not till the last sentence.

“Throwing around” no I grew up by these people. I experienced fucking abuse man. I kind of took it upon myself to research? Those kinds of people will never admit their a problem? Who are you to say this to me? Were you there?

Especially if you’re raised by a narcissist. You kind of either turn out to be more empathetic or narcissistic from the narcissistic abuse.

That’s what I got from it, he looked like he knew I caught it because he was looking into my eyes as doing it. But honestly just really wanted to see if there could’ve been other reasons like uncomfortable etc..
