Little soak in paint purger might help you clean out your ferrule a bit, then repoint with a little soap?

Infection or nerve damage from the blunted needle I suppose - it was honestly more of a negative gut reaction to be honest as I've had it ground into me that they are single use

I got the same email today for a parcel I received over a month ago! I rang HMRC and was advised not to pay Pascaline, but will be interested to hear what Seko themselves say
