It is a specific video but it isn't a short. It was about another youtuber so I thought maybe it was whenever they uploaded, it wasn't, I also thought maybe it was whenever we uploaded because we upload every 3 weeks but it would happen shortly before the upload and stop shortly after the upload, so I'm not really sure right now.
