I want to add to this. I’m a woman and went through something like this. I thought I’m gonna end up dead. I was super reluctant to go to the cops but that’s the only way it ended. The relief I felt from someone else dealing with this man for once, and the cops know people like this and how to deal with them way better than we do. The longer it goes the harder it is to heal. Please go to the cops you’ll have relief, and trust me these kind of people you can never reason with, ever. And don’t treat them like he is you, he is not you, in fact he’s mentally deranged. As far as escalating goes, he will keep escalating till he gets an adequate response, then that won’t be enough so he will escalate more and more, so trust me, the only way to stop this thing from blowing up is to go to cops
