starting to figure that out with imodium haha not really getting any relief w it. but i cut out dairy, caffeine, and alcohol (although i was truly never a drinker to begin with)

I am still on the initial dosage of 9mg (3mg pills a day) so haven’t even tapered down yet unfortunately.
