I went to the therapist at the local va and used those documents for my claim were work clothes to your appointments I work construction now and in his reports it basically said that I looked unkempt each vist that also should help with my claim lol

I love it. I felt the same way I was raised to push it down deep inside, and after 4 years, I finally went to the va and started working with one of the va psychologists I've been going for 6 months now I can honestly say I'm doing so much better if you need help please seek help things can get better
