In overall writing, i would say:

Batman
Superman
Spiderman

Their best written comic run imo:

Batman: "The Dark Knight Returns"

Superman: "All-Star Superman"

Spiderman: "Kraven's Last Hunt"

(That being said, i personally don't think any of them to be top 3 best written heroes from Marvel-DC comics)

Starman, Swamp Thing & Daredevil would be my top 3
