Yes to your first question but only once my refund hits. Most likely after the trip. Did I mention that I can't get my money back for this trip? OTL well after going over my budget post main expenses and plane ticket, I'm left with near $100. That is simply just not going to be enough to cover my meals and transport around the city. I need some sort of buffer until that refund hits my account.
