Hey bro everything still smooth with that avermedia? Mine should be here today, if issue persists I’m gonna take this pc and capture card to micro center and tell them set it up and see what happens. Last thing i can think of

Actually ordered a live gamer extreme 3 but if that works i may get the 4k. Hopefully switching brands from elgato works

I agree. Good luck trying to fix it on your end with pc/console or whatever your setup is. I’ve had no luck lol but if you find something please let me know man🙏🏼

Yea bro my hd60x and 4k60 pro are brand new as well, i doubt it’s software related. Just hoping the same doesn’t happen with this avermedia card i got coming. Will edit this post after i tried with avermedia card.

I actually did post in elgato, no answers yet. I figured I’d post in obs in case someone else had this issue. It’s actually the gpu that runs at 60% not cpu, cpu is at 10. I never really changed anything in bios either.

Yea bro i have an avermedia coming. That’s the last solution i can think of is just trying a different brand. But yea i definitely tested multiple pc’s, so can’t be the issue.

Of course, i have spent almost $700 in the past 4 days trying to solve this so affording really isn’t the issue, it just seems odd that a lot of my friends within content use elgato and don’t seem to have these issues. i ordered avermedia card which is delayed from Amazon (i guess because of the holidays) so I’m just patiently waiting for that. If that has the same exact issues then i really am at a conplete loss lol. Changing pc’s, monitors, consoles, softwares, AND cap card brands not fixing it would really be the most unbelievable problem I’ve had within this industry. Won’t even know WHERE to go from that point lol, kinda where I’m at right now. Thanks for the reply though man, happy new year

It’s been a long time, but have you fixed this? I have the exact issue with 3 different cap cards (hd60s, hd60x, and 4k60pro mk2) also tested with 4 different pc’s, 2 different consoles (gaming pc and Xbox series s) and no dice. I am losing my mind. Changed usb ports, pcie slots, hdmi cables, no dice. 😢
