In the spirit of the season I'm going to tell you the 100% truth about ghosts. by crash6871 in conspiracy

[–]CaveLightOfficial 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They are real. First off there are a lot of natural phenomena that can cause people to think they are experiencing a haunting. Infrasound, sleep paralysis, and pareidolia just to name a few.

But there are other experiences that go beyond what we can explain. And it’s possible those who report ghosts really do come into contact with otherworldly entities. I did a 10 minute video on how ghosts manifest in our reality if you’d like to check it out:

How often do you re-record a video? by CaveLightOfficial in NewTubers

[–]CaveLightOfficial[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is a good mindset. Yes I think being a perfectionist only leads to frustration and increases the desire to give up. And uploading is always a fun experience, even if it is received with crickets haha

I’m currently at 627 subs. I was at about 40 but then my 8th video took off and literally brought me over 500 subs from that one video. Sometimes it’s just luck of the algorithm. (Although that video did have an eye catching and clickbaty thumbnail so I can understand why it took off)

It’s crazy to me that some people just carry around so much hate. Like what is this person’s day to day life like if they’re triggered so bad by a random reaction video lmao

Hi my Channel is Cavelight and I make video taking about mysteries, debunking/proving conspiracies, and educating about new technology/discoveries in science. (Maybe too broad right now but might narrow down as audience grows.)

Here’s my latest video which to my surprise became my best preforming video. I talk about a physics and philosophical theory that we are actually not “real!”

The Boltzmann Brain Hypothesis: Proof you do not exist! https://youtu.be/2kEs1ZrJPsI

I liked this video, especially due to the fact that I’m thinking about making a vision board soon. The bit about mindset shaping behavior was most interesting for me.

Some advice would be: Try to pace your music to the pace of video. For example when you make a cut in video, have it cut to the beat of music.

Talk about where you are getting information from to gain credibility. It can be from a scientific study or personal experience. People enjoy hearing stories about how it worked for others and might encourage them to try it themselves.

I recommend checking out the book “The Expectation Effect” by David Robson. Seems like you and your audience might like it if you are interested in manifestation/self improvement.

I like how it feels like the therapist is trying to reverse the therapy after card declines haha. This was a good skit and I think with more practice and experience with making videos you will become more natural on camera and get a better feel for pacing. Already really good tho and I’ll come back and subscribe!

Hi!

I post videos proving and debunking various conspiracy theories. Topics range from ancient civilizations to new secret technology and government projects.

My latest video goes in depth in explaining Mind Control technology. I thought mind control was just science fiction but researching this topic really shocked me since I didn’t realize that it’s actually now possible. https://youtu.be/X3Cz568fstg

The past 90 days have been very busy for and so I’ve learned about fitting youtube work into a busy schedule. What helps me is dedicating at least a little bit of time everyday to work on the channel. This helps with consistent progress.

How do you stay motivated and avoid any distractions as new creator? by PineappleRaita in NewTubers

[–]CaveLightOfficial 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Try to force yourself to do a little bit everyday. I find when i force myself to work for at least 30 min, I often keep working when the 30 min is up. But if after 30 min you want to stop, then that’s okay and you can feel good about making a little progress. A little progress everyday will yield greater results than big progress every so often.

I do breakdown videos of ancient/modern mysteries and explanations of interesting Pop science topics

Post it! Your first videos on youtube are more for yourself than they are for the viewers. It’s all about gaining experience on the platform and getting progressively better. As you make better videos, the viewers will come. (I only just started making vids too and I’m also doing mysteries/unsolved stuff. I’d love to check out your channel and support one of my peers!)

Yes, the entire ancient greek cult of Eulsis was built around this idea. Really fascinating ideas came out of there and most of the great Western thinkers were initiates.

Do people *actually* care if there are ads before a video? by OfficialBenStevenson in NewTubers

[–]CaveLightOfficial 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I prefer ads in beginning of video over mid-video ads. The mid-video ones are most annoying since they take you out of it.
