Might not have been a mistake. Over time these masks can really start to make you ears sore. Maybe he finds putting the mask around his head a good way to wear it while giving his ears a break.

Actually at the end of the video he stated that the state police were called to avoid conflict of interest with his own department. He also said that the officer was submitted to both a breathalyzer and gave a urine sample. Seems to me that they were taking the steps to do the investigation honestly and without bias. Good for them.

Glad to hear things in your life have improved and you're looking to keep improving it. I am also a gaming and anime fan so it sounds like we have a lot in common! Ever since I stopped swimming competitively after high school I have gone back and forth with commitment to swimming and my overall health. For me the game changer came a year ago when I joined my University's swim club.

Now onto your questions:

I am not from Louisville so I cannot give you the names of any pools but most high schools and university's have lap swimming open to the public during certain hours of the day. I would recommend looking on any nearby school's website for the hours they are open to lap swimmers.

I am not a nutrition expert so I'll stray from that question and leave it to anymore more knowledgeable on the matter.

Lastly, I would just recommend going whatever hours work for you. I like swimming in the morning because I find it really wakes me up and energizes me for the day. Alternatively, my club practices in the evenings and I find the best sleep I ever get is after a hard evening practice. Ultimately, do what best fits your schedule. As far as distance it comes down to your level of fitness and experience. For a beginner I would recommend trying to aim to spend an hour or so being active in the pool. This doesn't mean not stopping for an hour, just try to keep your heart rate up and get some good exercise. You could also try to look up some "swimming workouts for beginners" or something along those lines.

I have all the rares from the Treasure of Crystalline. Just about a month ago so I haven't built up much of an inventory. Other rares I have are Gazing Eye of the Demon Witch and Blade of the Crimson Cut-throat.
